Every athlete is built from the feet up!  We build solid fundamental skills using the most up to date training methods available today.

Our Commitment

Through our proven series of intense training drills, Camp29 athletes improve their overall strength, speed, and agility.  Our coaches combine footwork with core strength, and functional movements to help your athlete maximize their performance potential at any/every position!  From skill positions to big man, Camp29 develops the entire athlete.

By adding strength, speed, agility, and explosiveness, your athlete is able to translate these skills to the field.

By focusing on proper functional movements and stretching, we help lower your athlete's risk of injury.
